Today I thought I would share a few pictures of my yard that I have been promising my friend Leslie I would share. I am so late with these pictures. lol.

Halloween is way over but I thought I would share anyways.

this pic is of my front lawn.

This is Pretty Boy my favorite Americana Rooster.

He has beautiful colors all over him.

And let me tell ya he knows he is pretty. lol.

This picture is of our garden. In which you can't see much of it.

John was in the process of working on it for the Fall garden. I need to do a updated pic to show all the wonderful goodies we have growing in it now.

But isn't the sky pretty? That is why I took this pic.

All time favorite pic here. I love these two trees. You can see the first stages of Fall creeping in on the ground and on the trees. I love Fall.

Now our land is full of all kind of leaves laying everywhere.

So pretty. Now I wish we had some snow to go on the ground. lol.

I can't believe Christmas is just around the bend. I haven't even started shopping yet for Christmas. This year though I think it will be different.

This year I want gifts to be made from the heart. They mean more.

Store bought items go so far. Don't you agree?

Today my kiddos dressed up as one of their favorite story book characters.

My son is Huck Finn and My daughter Tish is Raggedy Ann and Sis girl is

Mommy's little pumpkin. lol And Josie is wearing my E.E. cheer outfit I use to wear in high school when I was on the drill team. I can't believe I was that skinny. lol. She was so excited to wear it to school today.

Made me proud. :O)

I hope everyone has a nice day today and a SAFE one.

The kids and their Dad and I are going to watch Charlie Brown tonight and have popcorn and enjoy being together. No trick or treating for us.

I thought I would share two pics with yall today.

Hubby and I had to go to a retirement dinner in which we both were kind of tired and not looking forward to it. Well John boy is sick and was running a very high fever when we left to go. When we got there I really enjoyed myself. So did John. I am really happy we went. And the retirement party was for a wonderful person. When they ask him to pray it was very humbling and I do believe that was the prettiest prayer I have ever heard. That man can really say grace.

I could see God all around him and so many people in our little town look up to this man. I can see why. He has a very gracious heart and soul.

Well with the two pictures our daughter took them. We did a little pose for her showing how tired we were. lol. And another of both of us. You can tell by Johns face he is not feeling well. It was a very nice time tonight.

Well off I go I thought everyone might get a nice chuckle out of our pose pic. lol.

Today I have been doing some maintence on this blog. I haven't really had a chance to work with it lately.
